Sourcing, quality, delivery

Anyone can forward a price. Fewer can sign off a batch.

The cell is the easy part — there are twelve factories making the same capacity. What decides whether your container arrives on spec is grading, documentation, packing and who answers when something is wrong. This page is about that half.

Palletised prismatic cells awaiting inspection in the Shenzhen warehouse Shenzhen · consolidation
Where the cells actually are

Stock we can put our hands on.

We hold graded stock in our own consolidation space in Shenzhen and buy the rest against allocation. Nothing is drop-shipped from a factory we have not inspected. Mixed orders — three capacities, two brands, one carton mark — are picked and photographed here before the forwarder collects.

What we commit to

Eight commitments, written into the quotation.

Each of these is a line item you can point at in the contract, not a badge on a homepage.

Batch-level traceability

Each carton carries a QR that maps to the cell batch, production date and the grading sheet for that lot.

Pre-shipment inspection

Voltage, internal resistance and capacity sampling on every lot, with a photographed report before loading.

Free selection engineering

Send the drawing; we return the string arithmetic, alternates and the trade-offs in writing.

Three formats, one shipment

Prismatic, cylindrical 18650/21700 and pouch on request — consolidated under one B/L.

Documentation in-house

MSDS, UN38.3, IEC 62619 summary, CO, packing list and DGD prepared by us, not by the forwarder.

Samples before volume

Qualification cells leave Shenzhen in 3–5 working days. Paid samples are credited against the first order.

Allocation in writing

Stock or allocation is confirmed before you open the L/C. If a lot moves, you hear it from us first.

One named engineer

After-sales goes to the person who sized your pack. No shared inbox, no restarting the story.

The QC chain

Five checkpoints between the factory and your line.

Cell quality is decided at the factory; what you receive is decided by what happens after it leaves. These are the five points where a lot can still be stopped.

Incoming receipt

Carton count, batch number, production date and shipping SOC recorded against the PO.

Grading & sampling

Open-circuit voltage spread, IR and capacity sampling. Lots outside tolerance are quarantined, not shipped with a discount.

Storage

Temperature and humidity logged; cells stored at 30–50% SOC and re-checked if they sit for more than 90 days.

Outgoing inspection

100% visual for swelling and terminal damage, plus a photographed report on the exact cartons in your order.

Packing & handover

UN-compliant cartons, insulated terminals, moisture barrier, pallet marks matching your documents. Photos of the loaded pallet are sent before the truck leaves.

Export documentation

The paperwork that decides whether the container sails.

Lithium cells are dangerous goods. A missing test summary or a wrong UN number can hold a container at the port for weeks. We prepare the full pack per shipment and send it for your review before booking.

Standards we work to

Certificates belong to the model, not the website.

We quote the certificate number that matches the exact model and lot you buy, and we tell you when a model has none.

Certificates are held by the manufacturers; we supply the copy matched to your model and lot. Nothing on this page is a claim that every model carries every mark.

Straight answers

The questions that decide the order.

If your question is not here, send it. We answer in writing, in English, usually the same day.

Are you a factory or a trader?

Neither, in the usual sense. We are a cell supply and selection house: we buy from twelve manufacturers, hold graded stock, and engineer the cell choice inside your pack. We do not own a cell plant and we do not assemble packs — we say so on every quotation.

Can you match a price from another supplier?

Often, but not always — and we will tell you which cell the cheaper quote is probably using. A 15% gap on the same model usually means a different grade, a different lot age, or a capacity tolerance that will hurt you at pack level.

What is the minimum order?

Samples: as few as 2 cells. Production: usually one pallet, which is 96–240 cells depending on the format. Mixed-model orders are fine — we consolidate.

How do you handle a batch that fails incoming test?

It never reaches you. The lot is quarantined at our space, photographed, and reported with the raw data. You choose: replacement from another lot, another brand, or cancellation of that line without penalty.

Do you support private label and custom packing?

Yes for carton marks, inserts and pallet labels. We do not relabel the cell itself — the manufacturer traceability code stays visible, because that is what makes the warranty work.
