Calculate a cell plan for your project.
Four inputs. Two configurations. Series and parallel layout, cell count, delivered energy, cost index and cycle life — computed in your browser against our live stock list.
The engine rounds the series count to whole cells of 3.2 V, tries the parallel string counts either side of your energy target, and rejects anything that misses by more than −5% / +15%.
Series from voltage
A 51.2 V system is 16 cells in series. Your BMS topology fixes this before anything else can be chosen.
Parallel from energy
Target kWh ÷ (series × capacity × 3.2 V) gives the string count. We test both the floor and the ceiling.
Rank the survivors
Cost per delivered kWh, cycle life, C-rate and grade — weighted by the budget priority you pick.
The result is a starting point, not a quotation.
Send the configuration and it arrives with your inquiry attached, so our engineer starts from your numbers instead of a blank page. We confirm grading, lead time, packing and freight, then issue a written quotation.
- Grading and lot availability checked against the requested capacity
- Mechanical check: module weight, busbar routing, cabinet fit
- Documentation pack: MSDS, UN38.3, IEC 62619 test summary
- Samples before volume, if the project needs qualification
| Cost index | Cell cost only, per delivered kWh, relative to a standard supply |
|---|---|
| Excluded | BMS, enclosure, harness, assembly, freight, duty |
| Cycle life | Manufacturer rating, not a tested value for your duty cycle |
| Temperature | Not modelled — derate above 45 °C ambient |
| Chemistry | LiFePO4 only (3.2 V nominal) |
